Job Description

Role As a Computer Vision Engineer at Quidich, you will embark on an exciting journey in the world of sports technology and play a vital role in assisting the technology team to work on global projects. As a Computer Vision Engineer focused on Detection and Tracking, you will play a key role in designing and implementing advanced computer vision algorithms for object detection and tracking. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to enhance and optimize the existing computer vision solutions and contribute to the design of innovative products. Responsibilities ● Designing and implementing advanced computer vision algorithms for tracking and detection. ● Developing and optimizing algorithms for person re-identification in multi-camera environments. ● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision solutions into existing systems. ● Conducting thorough analysis and evaluation of computer vision models, ensuring performance metrics meet or exceed project requirements. ● Working on camera calibration and synchronization for multi-camera setups. ● Staying updated on the latest advancements in computer vision and related fields, applying relevant knowledge to enhance the technology stack ● Collaborating with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of computer vision solutions. Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies ● 5+ years of proven work experience in Computer Vision, Multicam Systems, NVIDIA Deepstream, and Object Detection and Tracking. ● Proven work experience in real-world projects involving surveillance systems, security, or related fields. ● Excellent knowledge of deep learning techniques applied to computer vision. ● Proven work experience with edge computing and deploying computer vision models on embedded systems. ● Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. ● Experience in developing and implementing computer vision algorithms, with a focus on object detection, tracking, and person re-identification. ● Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or similar. ● Familiarity with popular computer vision libraries and frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. ● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as a part of a collaborative team. ● Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
