The ideal candidate will handle routine computer tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and supporting daily operations. Fluency in reading/writing and speaking both Hindi and English is required to communicate with diverse teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems with high accuracy. Operate computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals; perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Generate reports, print documents, and manage file backups/archiving. Assist with basic software applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems) and provide support to staff. Communicate effectively in Hindi and English via email, calls, and meetings; translate documents if needed. Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies. Monitor system performance and report issues to IT supervisors. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; certification in computer operations (e.g., DOEACC CCC) preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry software. Fluent in reading/writing and speaking Hindi and English (bilingual communication essential). Strong typing speed (minimum 30-40 WPM), attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Hindi/English keyboards and regional software tools. Ability to work in shifts if required.
