Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update sales orders, purchase orders, stock movements, and inventory data in ERP/CRM systems.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales, dispatch, stock availability, and billing.
Verify accuracy of data, cross-check documents, and correct discrepancies where necessary.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams for data clarification.
Upload invoices, GRNs, delivery challans, and other documents into company systems.
Prepare MIS reports as required by management.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data and documents.
Track and update customer master data, product master data, and pricing lists.
Assist in audits by providing accurate and updated data records.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.) preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
Prior experience in FMCG sector or data entry role preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Basic understanding of sales and inventory processes.
