The role involves developing and upgrading compressor components, defining technical standards per global strategy, and engaging with cross-functional teams to drive engineering improvements.
Candidates must have deep knowledge of compressor design, root cause analysis, manufacturing problem solving, and the ability to represent the organization confidently in technical discussions with customers, sales teams, and suppliers.
Strong expertise in engineering software tools (ESM/ITKK, CSim, SAP, MS Office, Lotus Notes) and excellent English communication skills are critical for success.
