Compliance:EGRC Team

Role description

�         Documenting of Compliance Risk & Controls of the entire bank.

�         Conduct the Self-Certification activity which is then coordinated with all the departments of the bank.

�         Tracking of breaches amounting from various sources such as Self-Certification, KCI Module, Theme based review, IAT Testing, RBI reports etc. which is stored in the repository.

�         Formulate the Compliance Residual Risk Index which helps frame the Compliance Testing and Monitoring plan for the bank as a whole.

�         Tracking of any Compliance issues in the bank through the EGRC System which runs on SAS Platform.

�         Conduct Treasury Testing.

�         Conduct MIS Reporting of all the issues, Breaches in Self-Certification activity and provide an action plan for those issues and report to the top-management which is done quarterly to yearly.

�         Monitor all the Regulatory and Process changes and ensure that Relevant Risk and Controls are captured.

�         Training Business and Control units relating to EGRC functions.

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

�         MBA-Banking and Finance/ Graduation in Commerce Stream/M.Com

�         Prior experience in a Banking Sector/Financial Institution/Consulting Firm

�         4-10 years of relevant work experience at AVP Grade.

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

�         Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills

�         System related knowledge like SAS and EGRC, Functional Expertise of Treasury

�         Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills)

�         Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment

�         Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

�         Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals

�         Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
