No of VacanciesReports toHead of EGRC TeamIs a Team leaderNoTeam SizeGradeManager - AVPBusinessCorporate CentreDepartmentComplianceSub-DepartmentLocationMumbaiAbout ComplianceThe Compliance department assists the Board and Top Management in managing the compliance risk, that is, the risk of legal or regulatory sanctions, ficial loss or reputational loss that the Bank may suffer as a result of its failure to comply with the applicable laws, regulations or code of conduct applicable to banking activities It ensures strict observance of all statutory provisions in various legislations such as Banking Regulation Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Reserve Bank of India Act, etc as well as the regulatory guidelines issued from time to time, the standards and codes prescribed by BCSBI, FEDAI, FIMMDA, etc and also the Bank s internal policies and fair practice codeAbouttheRoleEGRC stands for (Enterprise Goverce Risk & Compliance) which handles three types of risks in the bank ie Compliance Risk, Operational Risk, and Ficial Risk The Compliance EGRC team handles the Compliance RiskDocumenting of Compliance Risk & Controls of the entire bankConduct the Self-Certification activity which is then coordinated with all the departments of the bankTracking of breaches amounting from various sources such as Self-Certification, KCI Module, Theme based review, IAT Testing, RBI reports etc which is stored in the repositoryFormulate the Compliance Residual Risk Index which helps frame the Compliance Testing and Monitoring plan for the bank as a wholeTracking of any Compliance issues in the bank through the EGRC System which runs on SAS PlatformConduct Treasury TestingConduct MIS Reporting of all the issues, Breaches in Self-Certification activity and provide an action plan for those issues and report to the top-management which is done quarterly to yearlyMonitor all the Regulatory and Process changes and ensure that Relevant Risk and Controls are capturedTraining Business and Control units relating to EGRC functionsQualificationsMBA-Banking and Fice/ Graduation in Commerce Stream/MComPrior experience in a Banking Sector/Ficial Institution/Consulting Firm4-10 years of relevant work experience at AVP GradeRole ProficienciesFor successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skillsSystem related knowledge like SAS and EGRC, Functional Expertise of TreasuryStrong Excel and database manipulation skills, ficial and statistical analysis skills)Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environmentAbility to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goalsAbility to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
