This role manages periodic filings, audits, documentation, and coordination with government authorities for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, and other applicable labour regulations. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, generating statutory MIS reports, and ensuring timely and error-free submissions..
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws including:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master degree
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience
• Knowledge in Advance Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
