Key Responsibilities :
* Ensure 100% Usage Compliance: Track daily engagement, identify gaps, and drive
full adoption.
* Training & Support: Develop training content (videos, guides, presentations) and
manage knowledge-sharing platforms.
* Monitor & Address Challenges: Identify and resolve user issues through
structured weekly and monthly reporting.
* Compliance Enforcement: Recognize employees with 100% compliance and
enforce penalties for low compliance impacting incentives.
* TAT Optimization: Reduce delays in process execution and software usage.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide structured monthly compliance
reports with insights for leadership.
* Weekly Summary Updates: Share a weekly email report on user engagement,
compliance status, and key trends.
