Compliance Manager

As a Compliance Officer, your role involves staying updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will design and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate compliance risks at AP branches. - Develop strategies to effectively mitigate and manage identified non-compliance risks. - Establish a monitoring and testing checklist/SOP to assess compliance effectiveness across all departments. - Conduct periodic compliance audits and investigations, reporting findings to management. - Prepare and submit timely compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities. - Communicate compliance issues, developments, and recommendations to the executive team and stakeholders. - Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, and Internal Audit departments for a coordinated compliance approach. - Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies/auditors. - Develop and implement procedures for handling compliance violations and incidents. - Oversee the investigation and resolution of compliance-related matters. - Handle customer grievances and review the compliance calendar regularly. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance. Please note that this job is located in Vadodara.,
