Compliance Intern

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining internal compliance documentation, trackers, and audit-ready records
• Support accreditation activities, including gathering evidence, preparing documentation, and coordinating updates required by accrediting bodies
• Conduct regulatory research for new projects, approvals, renewals, and changes instate/national requirements
• Assist in drafting SOP updates, compliance summaries, checklists, and project briefs
• Help support internal quality checks, version control, and compliance verification for new and existing courses
• Track timelines and ensure timely follow-up on internal and external compliance deliverables
  

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Law/Business preferred)
• Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in compliance, accreditation support, research, or documentation-heavy roles
  

Proficiencies

• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Skilled in documentation, organizing data, and maintaining structured records
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Good written communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong process discipline
• Ability to learn and apply regulatory frameworks
• Strong organizational and time-management capability
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive and eager to contribute to compliance and accreditation initiatives
