Complex Head (Location : Juinagar, Navi Mumbai)

Facility & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee end-to-end Facility Management operations for the entire IT complex.
  
• Ensure upkeep, preventive maintenance, and smooth functioning of all buildings and infrastructure.
  
• Manage maintenance of Fire Fighting systems, DG sets, HVAC, pumps, electrical systems, transformers, and cables.
  
• Design, implement, and monitor robust facility management processes and SOPs.
  

Financial & Commercial Management

• Prepare and manage the Annual CAM Budget; conduct Budget vs. Actual analysis.
  
• Ensure timely CAM and rent collection.
  
• Handle purchase processes, contracts, and AMC negotiations with vendors.
  
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining service quality.
  

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage vendors and service partners to ensure SLA compliance.
  
• Liaise with local authorities and government bodies for statutory and operational requirements.
  
• Maintain high levels of client engagement and build strong working relationships with occupants.
  
• Create work practices and systems to ensure superior client satisfaction.
  

Leasing & Compliance

• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
  
• Prepare and maintain regulatory compliance checklists.
  
• Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
  

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Provide leadership on quality, health, safety, and employee well-being.
  
• Ensure enforcement of health and safety legislation and organizational safety policies.
  
• Maintain a workplace free from serious safety and health hazards.
  
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, communication, and personal engagement.
  
• Investigate accidents, review findings, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Monitor workplace practices to ensure full compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  

People & Capability Development

• Coach, mentor, and develop teams at the complex level (direct and indirect reports).
  
• Impart training to core facility roles and work closely with SMEs for capability building.
  
• Encourage employee participation in safety programs through discussions and engagement.
