Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into customer grievances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to account opening, client onboarding, KYC verification, query resolution, and escalations.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers throughout the process from initial contact through closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in complaint handling or similar role within an NBFC industry.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Com) or equivalent qualification in Commerce.
  • Strong understanding of account opening procedures, client onboarding processes, KYC verification requirements, query resolution techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
