Role Overview: As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Pluxee, a global player in employee benefits and engagement, you will be part of the Human Resources team in Mumbai, IN. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Additionally, you will collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
