Job Description

Demonstrate expertise in commercial, corporate, and business law.
Provide legal advice in compliance with both Indian and international regulations.
Mitigate legal risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
Evaluate projects, partnerships, and transactions to ensure legal robustness.
Keep up with the dynamic legal landscape on a national and global scale.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic legal counsel to management and stakeholders.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
Ensure all operations and transactions comply with corporate law.
Lead and mentor junior legal professionals and support staff.
Periodically update and revise company legal policies and compliance frameworks.
Conduct in-depth legal research for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate deals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

CS-qualified (Company Secretary pass)
Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or BA.LLB) from a recognized university.
Degree from a National Law School will be given high preference.
Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of corporate governance and compliance laws.
Team player with leadership and collaboration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,099.80 per month
