Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary/Semi Qualified/ Trainee at PROFES CAPITAL INSIGHTS based in Delhi, India. The Company Secretary will manage the firm's corporate governance and compliance requirements, maintain statutory records, prepare board meetings and resolutions, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Other responsibilities include liaising with legal advisors and regulatory authorities, drafting agreements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and the management team.
