Role & responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and generate leads. Respond to inbound calls and answer queries related to various real estate projects. Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Follow up with clients to provide additional information and gather feedback. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Stay updated on real estate market trends and project details. Preferred candidate profile High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is preferred. Proven experience in telecalling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and identify potential sales opportunities. Proficient in using CRM software and other telecalling tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
