Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary/Semi Qualified/ Trainee at PROFES CAPITAL INSIGHTS based in Delhi, India. The Company Secretary will manage the firm's corporate governance and compliance requirements, maintain statutory records, prepare board meetings and resolutions, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Other responsibilities include liaising with legal advisors and regulatory authorities, drafting agreements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and the management team. Qualifications Expertise in Corporate Governance, Compliance Management, and Regulatory Filings Proficiency in Legal Drafting, Documentation, and Record Maintenance Strong Organizational, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Familiarity with corporate laws and regulations relevant to investment advisory firms Experience in preparing agendas and coordinating board or committee meetings Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
