Role Description

1.      Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA & other corporate laws.

2.       Maintain statutory registers, ROC returns, and records.

3.      Prepare minutes, resolutions, notices, agendas & board documents.

4.      Organize and coordinate Board, AGM, EGM and CSR Meetings.

5.       Handle annual filing, secretarial audit & compliance reporting.

6.      Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, authorities & regulators.

7.       Safeguard corporate governance and maintain documentation accuracy.

8.       Support management in legal and corporate agreements including drafting and vetting.

9.     Attend to any ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned by the team and Management from time to time.

10.  Internal coordination with departments for data gathering and compliance reporting.

Qualifications & Knowledge

• ICSI
• 5 yrs (Relevant experience as a Company Secretary)
• Preference will be given for candidates with prior experience in treasury / EXIM 
• Excellent drafting, compliance and communication skills
• SAP, MS Office, PPT
