Urgent Hiring for Company Secetary
Require Exeperience Candidate
Ensure full compliance with the Companies.
Act as Compliance Officer under SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
Handling Board Meetings, Committee Meetings (Audit Committee, NRC, SRC, RMC) and General Meetings, including drafting of Notices, Agenda, Minutes and Resolutions.
Managing stock exchange compliances, disclosures, filings and intimations with BSE / NSE.
Overseeing shareholder services, investor grievances and coordination with RTA.
Drafting and reviewing policies (Code of Conduct, Insider Trading, Related Party Transactions, Whistle Blower, etc.).
Monitoring insider trading compliances, structured digital database and UPSI controls.
Liaison with SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Depositories, Auditors and Regulators.
Handling corporate actions such as dividends, bonus, rights issue, ESOPs, etc.
Ensuring compliance related to borrowings, charge creation, disclosures and governance reporting.
Skill Set Required:
Strong command over SEBI Regulations and corporate laws
Excellent drafting, compliance and advisory skills
Experience with BSE/NSE filings and exchange portals
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
