Role Overview: As the IPO Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IPO process from preparation to successful listing. This will involve working closely with various stakeholders such as investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and other parties involved in the IPO process. Your primary focus will be to ensure the timely completion of all IPO documentation, including drafting prospectuses, investor presentations, regulatory filings, and responses to regulatory inquiries.
