Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Chennai, for a Company Secretary. The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing corporate governance and regulatory compliance, organizing board meetings, preparing minutes, maintaining statutory records, and liaising with regulatory authorities. The role also includes ensuring adherence to legal and statutory requirements, providing administrative support to the board, and managing investor relations.Compliance Management - To prepare and submit filings with regulatory authorities, including ROC, FEMA, Stock Exchanges, RBI, etc

Qualifications

Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance skills
Listed Experience, specifically in organizing board meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining statutory records, LODR Filings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Professional qualification as Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Experience- we need 2 -4 years experience preferably in Listed companies/PCS Firm.
