Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant CS and Legal Officer, located in Chennai. The Assistant CS and Legal Officer will be responsible for handling various legal and company secretarial tasks. Daily responsibilities include preparing legal documents, providing legal consulting, ensuring compliance with business laws, and managing contract law matters. The role requires working closely with the legal department and other internal teams to support the company's legal needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Law and general Law Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation Knowledge of Contract Law Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; CS qualification is a plus Previous experience in the manufacturing or recycling industry is beneficial Show more Show less
