As a technology-driven service provider, we make legal and professional support accessible, fast, and affordable for entrepreneurs across rural, semi-urban, and urban India.Recognized as a DPIIT-registered Startup (since 2021), we operate across multiple locations, empowering new businesses with registration, compliance, and documentation support.Role Description – CS Management Trainee / CS Executive TraineeThis is a full-time, on-site CS Training position based in Noida.We are specifically looking for CS Trainees registered with ICSI who want to undergo Management Training / Executive Training as per ICSI requirements.The trainee will work closely with our Secretarial & Compliance team and gain hands-on exposure to corporate governance practices.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing ROC, FEMA, LLP & Company Law compliancesDrafting & maintaining statutory registers and recordsPreparing Board & General Meeting notices, agendas, minutesSupporting timelines for regulatory filings (MCA forms, annual filings, FEMA returns, etc.)Assisting in event-based compliancesLiaising with clients and regulatory authorities under supervisionWorking on business registration and documentation processesQualifications – (Strictly for CS Trainees Only)✔ Must be pursuing CS Course from ICSI (Executive passed / Professional student eligible for training)✔ Looking to undergo Management Training / Executive Training as per ICSI mandate✔ Knowledge of Company Law, SEBI, FEMA basics (preferred)✔ Strong drafting, documentation & compliance skills✔ Detail-oriented with good communication & coordination abilities✔ Prior internship experience in secretarial work is an advantage (not mandatory)Important Note (To Avoid Semi-Qualified Applicants)🔹 This role is strictly for CS Trainees only.Semi-qualified Company Secretaries or candidates looking for full-time CS roles are not eligible.🔹 Only candidates who require training under ICSI training structure should apply.
