Assisting with corporate governance, compliance, and administrative tasks

• Meeting support:

  Assist in organizing board, committee, and shareholder meetings by preparing notices, agendas, and resolutions. Draft and maintain meeting minutes.

• Compliance and filings:

  Help ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements. This includes filing forms and returns with the ROC and other authorities.

• Record-keeping:

  Maintain and update statutory registers and other corporate records in accordance with legal requirements.

• Corporate governance:

  Support the senior company secretary in corporate governance matters, which can include managing shareholder communications and assisting with annual general meetings (AGMs).

• Research:

  Conduct research on corporate law, regulatory developments, and other legal matters to advise management.

• Administrative duties:

  Assist with various secretarial tasks, such as share capital management, handling share transfers, and preparing documents for special assignments like mergers or name changes.

• Other legal assistance:

  Support with compliance related to other areas like FEMA, labor laws, or other licensing and registration requirements.
