Role Description

The Company Secretary Intern will play a key role in supporting the organization with secretarial, legal, and business compliance tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting legal documentation, assisting with company registration processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining records, and supporting corporate governance activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of secretarial practices, corporate governance, and business registration processes.
• Legal drafting, document preparation, and regulatory compliance capabilities.
• Proficiency in research and documentation, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of tools and software relevant to legal and professional services is a plus.
• Motivated individual with an aptitude for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Pursuing or completed Company Secretary (CS) course or similar qualifications in legal or business administration is preferred.
