Company Secretary

In this full-time on-site role as a Company Secretary specializing in Insolvency Compliances at Finvin Turnaround & Restructuring Private Limited in Jodhpur, your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to insolvency and company law. Your day-to-day tasks will involve drafting and reviewing legal documents, maintaining corporate records, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and providing legal assistance during restructuring and turnaround processes.
