Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Mumbai. The Company Secretary will manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance, ensuring that the company complies with statutory and legal regulations. Daily tasks will include organizing board meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, maintaining statutory books, and liaising with regulatory bodies. The role also involves drafting and reviewing legal contracts, advising on company law, and managing investor relations and communications.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Experience in organizing board meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and maintaining statutory books
• Proficiency in legal drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on company law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage investor relations and communications
• Degree or qualification in Company Secretary (CS), Law, or related fields
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
