Role Description:

Qualified Company Secretary (02 years experience)

PCS experience (internship and/or post qualification) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Company Law, secretarial and compliance matters across industries.
Preparation and e-filing of ROC forms; maintaining statutory registers and records.
Compliance, preparation and filing of requisite forms for NBFC companies and maintaining relevant records.
Drafting of Board and General Meeting Notices, Agendas and Minutes.
Support in company incorporations, share allotments, transfers and annual filings.
FEMA/RBI-related filings and support, as applicable.
DEMAT & Share Capital Compliance allotments, transfers, corporate actions, RTA/depository coordination.
Research assistance and preparation of notes on corporate law/regulatory topics.
Coordination with regulatory authorities such as ROC, SEBI, RBI, Depositories, Stock Exchanges and NCLT.

Any other secretarial and compliance assignments as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified Company Secretary
(02 years post-qualification experience).
Strong drafting, communication and MS-Office skills.
Ability to work independently, manage timelines and handle multiple assignments.
Prior PCS firm experience preferred.
