Job Description

- Exposure to global laws including UAE, USA, UK, MEXICO, NETHERLANDS, BRAZIL, SINGAPORE, CAYMAN, etc for handling and dealing with clients based or intending to set up in host jurisdictions along with in depth compliance analysis

- Preparation of required documents for the purposes of undertaking compliances basis variety of International Laws.

- Handling of queries pertaining to Company Law, FEMA, SEBI laws and other industry specific laws

- Handling of registration, advsiory and compliance requirements under the EPR framework like waste, plastic waste, battery waste and others.

- Handling of assignment like transaction advisory, closing of investment transactions, merger, Legal Metrology, Trademarks, SEBI registrations, RBI approvals from authorities, transactions including global and Indian set up, representation before judicial, quasi judicial and administrative bodies

- Preparation and drafting of documents focusing on cross-border transactions and continuous advisory and support to the clients.

- Preparation of Legal Opinions, Information Memorandum and other query based documents

- Preparation of Articles and regulatory updates

The selected candidates shall be required to work on any of the tasks as may be delegated and designated from time to time.
