Job Description

Major Responsibilities :

  • Incorporation of Company / Limited Liability Partnership
  • Preparing & filing of various returns, forms and other documents under the provision of Companies Act 2013 with the Registrar of the Companies and other authorities.
  • Providing advisory services in relation to drafting & alteration of
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association.
  • Maintaining statutory requirements such as Statutory Register, Minutes Book,
  • Fixed Assets Register, etc.
  • Company’s Due Diligence Report.
  • Merger of the Company.
  • Striking of the Company /LLP.
  • Conversion of Company forms public to private, change in management of
  • Company etc.
  • Change in name, MOA, AOA of the Company. Amendment to LLP agreement etc.
  • Should be updated with recent amendments.
  • RBI Compliances & Filing of FCGPR/FCTRS/FLA Returns with RBI.SME Compliances (SEBI LODR Regulations).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,439.37 - ₹70,228.06 per month
