Job Overview: We are seeking a Creative Arts Facilitator & Content Developer who is passionate about using theatre, storytelling, and puppetry as tools for transformative social and emotional learning and development. The ideal candidate has experience working with groups, ideally in schools with young children and is skilled in designing engaging lesson plans and facilitation manuals for educators. This role requires a blend of hands-on facilitation, content creation, and collaboration with schools and educators to ensure impactful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Facilitation & Training Conduct interactive storytelling and shadow puppet theatre sessions in schools, focusing on SEL development and subject-based learning. Use creative arts techniques (drama, puppetry, movement, music) to foster collaboration, empathy, and self-expression in young learners.
