You have an exciting opportunity with a Leading MNC client for the position of Project Manager. The job is located in Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Gurgaon. To be eligible for this role, you should have 8 to 14 years of experience and be a Full Time Graduate. The ideal candidate should possess the following mandatory skills: - Project Management experience in any Javascript framework related projects (Angular, Node, React, ExpressJS etc.) - Strong in Agile management - Global Stakeholder management experience - Agile certification- SAFe In this role, you will be responsible for Agile Leadership. This includes facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. You will guide the team on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Encouraging decentralized decision-making within the team to foster ownership and innovation will be a key aspect of your role. You will also coach team members to adapt Agile practices for timely value realization. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, which includes planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. It will be your responsibility to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client and stakeholder expectations. Managing dependencies, risks, and resource allocation to ensure seamless project delivery is crucial. You will also need to ensure efficient backlog management and prioritization to meet business objectives and establish effective governance frameworks for project delivery. Stakeholder Management is another critical aspect of this role. You will act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, business teams, and development teams. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and address concerns will be part of your responsibilities.
