Finance Manager

• Responsible for finance & accounts functions of the manufacturing plant.
• Ensure the local books are closed on time and in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards. This primarily involves managing the processes and controls necessary to maintain the books of account

• Ensure, that the monthly financial results are submitted into corporate reporting system on time and in accordance with Corporate Accounting Standards.

• Compliance with local direct/indirect tax, company law affairs, other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual Forecasting and Plan processes.
• Audit management
• Team management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10 years local accounting experience, of which some multinational manufacturing companies.

• Need to be hand on and willing to work with and drive down details. It is highly preferred if the candidate is progressing from bottom positions up the ladder in accounting function.
• ERP experience and Microsoft Office experience, preferably on Oracle/SAP and Excel;
• Possession or finalist of a recognized professional accounting body membership e.g. C.A or ICS, ICWA (Inter or Final).
• Excellent internal and external communication skill with different levels of staff and functions;
• Good knowledge and experience on costing.
• Good knowledge and/or experience on costing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis; and local statutory accounting of manufacturing entity
