Role Overview: As a Physiotherapist at O2 Health Studio, your primary responsibility will involve conducting thorough physical assessments of clients, developing personalized treatment plans, utilizing various techniques for treatment, monitoring client progress, educating clients on physical health, and collaborating with fitness trainers. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining detailed client records, ensuring compliance with regulations, participating in community outreach, and assisting in marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough physical assessments of clients to determine their condition and functional limitations. - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments and diagnosis. - Utilize techniques such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalities for treatment. - Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Educate clients on physical health, injury prevention, and rehabilitation exercises. - Collaborate closely with fitness trainers to integrate physiotherapy and fitness programs. - Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including initial assessments and progress notes. - Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations and studio policies. - Participate in community outreach and studio events to promote physiotherapy services. - Assist in marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients.
