Coordinator of Volunteers

As a Coordinator of Volunteers at Abhinjali Welfare Foundation (Awf), your role will involve managing volunteer activities, conducting volunteer training, engaging in community outreach, and maintaining communication with volunteers. This full-time hybrid role based in Sant Kabir Nagar offers the flexibility of working from home. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct volunteer training sessions to ensure volunteers are well-prepared for their roles - Manage and coordinate volunteer activities to meet the organization's objectives - Engage in community outreach efforts to raise awareness and attract more volunteers - Maintain regular communication with volunteers to provide updates and address any concerns Qualifications: - Possess Volunteer Training and Volunteer Management skills - Demonstrate strong Interpersonal and Communication skills - Have experience in Community Outreach - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team - Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or a related field - Previous experience in volunteer coordination would be advantageous,
