Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Community Mobiliser role based in Bhubaneswar. The Community Mobiliser will be responsible for engaging with community members, managing community events and activities, facilitating effective communication within the community, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves developing and implementing community engagement strategies, fostering relationships, and ensuring active participation from all stakeholders.

• Interpersonal Skills and Community Engagement skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Community Management experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field
• Experience with community development projects is a plus
