About Dr. Reddy’s Foundation (DRF): Dr.Reddys Foundation was founded in 1996, to enhance the dignity and well-being of socially and economically vulnerable people. We develop and test innovative solutions to address complex social problems and leverage partnerships to scale up impact. We work with Children, Youth (including Persons with Disabilities) Women and Households across 20 states in India. Objective of the position: To ensure effective implementation of all field level activities for successful training and placement of aspirants enrolled under the program. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. List out all probable stake holders in the community who will be helpful in the program processes such as outreach, counselling and placement. 2. Work with the counsellor and guide in following different approaches in outreach to source the required number of Men and Women for each batch. 3. Plan and coordinate successful organizing of various community level events such as the demand creation meeting, screening meeting etc. 4. Maintain all data, documents, minutes, records and registers etc. Necessary for successful implementation of the program. 5. Ensure timely enrolment of appropriate and adequate number of aspirants necessary to initiate the batch as planned. 5. Conducting assessments and screening of aspirants for training as per the selection criteria framed under the program. 6. Encouraging mainstream activities whenever possible during training by arranging guest lectures, exposure visits and similar events. 7. Following all standards, processes and rules set up by the organization for smooth functioning of the program. 8. Planning and ensure execution of all activities and deliverables as per timelines given under the project 9. Pre and post placement support for candidates - job readiness conversations with candidates and troubleshooting with companies. 10. Sensitization to students, companies and other stakeholders. Competencies Required: 1. Deep and extensive knowledge about skills and functional capabilities of Men and Women community. 2. Strong rapport and hold in the said community including the community decision makers. 3. Reporting, tracking and monitoring skills. 4. Excellent organizing and event management skills. Essential Attributes 1. Work with the team to deliver appropriate results. 2. Ability to deal with challenging situations. 3. Excellent interpersonal skills 4. Excellent communication skills including strong influencing and convincing skills in the community. 5. Facilitating and enabling skills. 6. Computer skills in basic MS office operations. 5. Deep and extensive knowledge about skills and functional capabilities of Men and Women community. 6. Strong rapport and hold in the said community including the community decision makers. 7. Reporting, tracking and monitoring skills. Experience: - Minimum of 1 to 5 years of Experience preferred working with Men and Women community.
