Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kottayam for a Community Mobiliser. The Community Mobiliser will be responsible for engaging with community members, fostering active community involvement, and managing community programs. Daily tasks include conducting outreach activities, facilitating community meetings, providing customer service, and communicating with stakeholders. The role also involves supporting community-based initiatives and ensuring effective community management.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Expertise in Community Engagement and Community Management
• Experience in Customer Service
• Commitment to inclusivity and empowerment of the visually impaired, disabled, and underprivileged
• Ability to work on-site in Kottayam
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field is a plus
