Their mission is to focus on educational, social, economic, cultural, and technological aspects to empower the visually challenged and differently-abled people.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Placement Officer role located in Aluva. The Placement Officer will be responsible for campus placements coordination to support the visually disabled, and underprivileged individuals in securing job opportunities and achieving personal independence.1. Managing key relationships and accounts with employers for livelihood projects, to promote placements of the program's beneficiaries.2. Managing and meeting employer - beneficiary expectations.3. Taking a hands-on approach to problem solving and fire-fighting.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills.
• Min. 1 year experience in hiring with exposure to planning, scheduling and co-ordination of placement drives.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Graduation in any discipline; MBA HR/ MSW preferred.
