Position: Community Manager
Location: Sonepat, NCR of Delhi.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Clubs and Clans
    1. Design and implement SOPs for the smooth functioning of student clubs and clan systems.
    2. Facilitate leadership training and mentorship for club and clan heads.
    3. Ensure regular activities and cross-club collaborations.
    4. Track participation metrics, impact, and innovation within student-led initiatives.
    5. Mega Events Management
      1. Anchor all large-scale university events (e.g., Orientation, FounderDay, Impact Summit, Farewell, Annual Fests).
      2. Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for seamless execution.
      3. Build student volunteer teams and ensure leadership development through event planning.
      4. Annual Learner Experience Calendar
        1. Draft and maintain an annual calendar including academic/non-academic festivals, cultural events, impact-driven programs, and wellness activities.
        2. Collaborate with academic and non-academic departments to align activities across the university calendar.
        3. Creative Communication & Visibility.
          1. Curate and co-create student magazines, newsletters, and editorials.
          2. Collaborate with the marketing/content creation/communications team for social media takeovers, student stories, and campaign ideation.
          3. Help position Rishihoodunique community culture across digital platforms.
          4. Learner-Centric Innovation
            1. Constantly ideate and experiment with new engagement formats (e.g., night talks, learning walks, unplugged sessions).
            2. Stay updated on trends in student engagement and implement best practices relevant to Gen Z learners.
            3. Signature Programs
              1. Take ownership of the Rishihood Navigator Program, coordinating mentors, mentees, sessions, and tracking.
              2. Lead or co-lead initiatives like Impact Unplugged, ensuring learner-led conversations and exposure to change makers.
              3. Stakeholder Collaboration
                1. Foster positive relationships with faculty, operations, finance, marketing, admissions, and hostel teams.
                2. Act as a bridge between students and staff for community initiatives.
                3. Support leadership with reports, impact metrics, and strategic insights.
                4. Marketing & Admissions Collaboration
                  1. Play an active role in onboarding learners during Semester Zero through immersive, engaging experiences.
                  2. Coordinate welcome activities, pre-admission engagement, and community bonding to improve retention.
                  3. Work closely with admissions to nurture learner touchpoints and feedback loops.
                    Education & Experience Required:
                    • 35 years of relevant experience in student affairs, community engagement, event management, youth-led programs, or educational institutions.
                    • Experience managing large events and working with young adults (preferably Gen Z).
                    • Proven ability to work across teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
