As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic Cluster Manager to lead operations and community experience across multiple locations. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused professional to oversee the day-to-day operations and community engagement across our portfolio of managed office spaces. The Community Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivering high service standards, and creating a vibrant work environment for tenants and clients. Currently, the role involves working with pantry staff and external vendors, with plans to scale up to a larger community team. Key Responsibilities: • Community Operations Management • Oversee daily operations across multiple office locations, ensuring seamless functionality, upkeep, and compliance. • Coordinate with pantry staff, vendors, and housekeeping to maintain service quality. • Develop and implement SOPs to streamline processes, improve turnaround times, and elevate service delivery. • Monitor budgets, utility usage, vendor performance, and facility needs to optimize operational efficiency. • Community Building & Engagement • Foster a strong sense of community among tenants through thoughtful engagement and hospitality. • Implement basic events, feedback loops, and initiatives that enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. • Handle conflict resolution and ensure tenant queries and escalations are resolved promptly and professionally. • Team Coordination & Vendor Management • Manage and supervise pantry and housekeeping staff to deliver consistent and excellent service. • Liaise with vendors for AMC, office supplies, and other operational needs. • Conduct regular audits and checks to maintain high standards in cleanliness and functionality. • Sales & Occupancy Support • Collaborate with the leasing team to support site visits and ensure properties are always client-ready. • Support in driving occupancy and managing retention by enhancing the tenant experience. • Reporting & Feedback • Maintain dashboards for daily operations, maintenance logs, and issue resolution status. • Provide management with regular reports, suggestions for improvements, and tenant feedback. Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in operations, coworking, hospitality, or facilities management. • Experience managing office operations and working with vendors and support staff. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high attention to detail. • Proficient in using facility/CRM tools and MS Office for reporting. • A background in hospitality or customer experience is a strong plus.
