About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Community Manager to lead operations and community experience at our Noida coworking center. This role blends sales, customer service, and facilities management while fostering a vibrant, collaborative environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

Centre Management & Sales:

Drive occupancy and revenue through proactive lead management and client conversions. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on service excellence.

Customer Experience & Community Building:

Build strong relationships with members, manage grievances effectively, and create a lively coworking culture through regular events and engagement initiatives.

Facilities & Vendor Management:

Oversee facility upkeep, ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed, and coordinate with vendors for timely service delivery.

Process & Compliance:

Adhere to company processes including Purchase-to-Pay, operational protocols, and statutory compliance requirements.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams and local support staff to drive results and implement company-driven initiatives efficiently.

Key Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, or operations roles

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Strong customer service orientation

Relationship management and problem-solving skills

Highly process-driven with attention to detail

Extroverted, enthusiastic, and eager to grow within the organization
