Appsoleut Games is a passion driven, fast growing mobile gaming studio based out of Gurgaon, India. Our MISSION is to soon become a leader in the Mobile Gaming Industry, internationally. We develop vehicle -based games in the simulation, driving and racing genre. Our games have done us proud by consistently staying in the Top 30 games in the Racing category in USA and beating (momentarily!) Nintendo Mario Kart in Japan!

Job Summary :

As a Community Manager Gaming , you&aposll manage our games online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service, and managing projects and campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop creative and engaging social media strategies

Manage the day -to-day handling of all social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels

Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms

Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our games and our brand

Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms

Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights

Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity

Create and edit both long and short format videos for social media posting

Set targets to increase awareness and increase customer engagement

Manage a budget for social media activities

Encourage collaboration across teams and departments

Requirements:

A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers

Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform.

Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization

Knowledge of Video Editing, including both long and short format videos for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients

Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics

Online community management and customer service skills to strike a balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers

An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
