Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with the online community, responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner, and maintaining the brand voice. Key responsibilities include monitoring and engaging in relevant social discussions, identifying community trends, planning and executing community initiatives and events, and providing feedback to internal teams.

• Experience with community building and social media management
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in marketing or public relations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
