Company Description Match On! is a pioneering youth sports program on a mission to build India's next generation of athletes. We provide a professionally managed, city-level league experience for children aged 8-14, with cricket as our cornerstone sport. Our curriculum is built on a Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) model, driven by sports science and expert-led Strength & Conditioning (S&C) programs. We go beyond traditional coaching to offer a holistic support system that includes athletic assessments, sports counseling, and nutritional guidance. We believe in nurturing well-rounded individuals who are not only skilled in sports but are also disciplined, resilient, and confident. As a Sportuist initiative, we are redefining grassroots sports by blending competitive play with community-building, highlighted by our quarterly Match On! Mela —a full-day celebration of sports, family, and fun. Our model is built for scalability and is poised to transform youth sports across India. Mission: To provide an accessible, structured, and science-backed youth sports ecosystem that fosters physical, mental, and social growth. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with the online community, responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner, and maintaining the brand voice. Key responsibilities include monitoring and engaging in relevant social discussions, identifying community trends, planning and executing community initiatives and events, and providing feedback to internal teams. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with community building and social media management Ability to work independently and within a team Strong organizational and multitasking skills Problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in marketing or public relations is a plus Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
