Community Leader - Learner Recruitment for AI Course (India)

Solve Education! seeks 2 community leaders in India—1 in Gujarat and 1 in Telangana—to run a fast‑paced digital recruitment campaign for our AI course.

- Timeline: 6–31 October 2025 (flexible: 40 hours per week).

- Location: Remote within assigned state

- Goal: Recruit 500 valid learners in your state (total 1,000 across both roles).

- A learner is valid when they register via your link and complete 1 AI quiz on edbot.ai within 7 days.

Qualifications

- Based in or strong familiarity with Gujarat or Telangana

- Strong WhatsApp/phone outreach and community coordination skills

- Good communication in Hindi/Gujarati/Telugu and/or English

- Based in Gujarat or Telangana; English & local language

- Strong community networks; proficient with WhatsApp/Telegram, Google Sheets

- Smartphone, reliable data; organized and responsive

What You’ll Do

- Use fast, low‑cost outreach: WhatsApp/Telegram groups, coaching centers, campus clubs, local NGOs/youth clubs

- Run mini info sessions (in‑person or online) and targeted DMs

- Share state‑specific content; track with UTMs/referral codes

- Daily reporting in Google Sheet/dashboard to the Program Manager (outreach, signups, valid counts); enforce anti‑fraud (no bots, VPN, paid signups)

What we provide

- Tracking links & referral codes: generated and provided by Solve Education! (internal team). You will also be trained to create your own link during the edbot.ai training.

- Edbot.ai training: guidance from our team on how to use the platform and complete courses.

- Progress Dashboard: monitor learner progress, points, and eligibility (provided by internal team).

- Direct communication with the Solve Education! Assistant Program Manager for rapid support.

How to Apply:

- Provide a short strategy describing how you will achieve 500 learners in 30 days

Deliverables:

• Daily minimum: 17 valid learners/day (registration + 1 AI quiz on edbot.ai)
• Milestones: M1=100 · M2=200 · M3=300 · M4=400 · M5=500 (state‑level)
• Funnel metrics: outreach → signup → valid; quality rate (valid/total)
