About the Role:


We're on the hunt for a vibrant and innovative Community Brand Lead to join our team in Bangalore. If you have a knack for social media marketing, a flair for experiential strategy, and a passion for lifestyle brands, you might be the perfect fit! This role is pivotal in engaging and delighting our Cult community and other Curefit brand members through creative content and immersive experiences.

Responsibilities:


  • Experience Architect:

    Design and implement experiential marketing campaigns that create memorable brand interactions.
  • Social Media Savvy:

    Develop and execute captivating social media strategies that resonate with our community.
  • Content Maestro:

    Craft and curate engaging content that spotlights our community and brings our brand story to life.
  • Community Engagement:

    Build and nurture relationships with our members, fostering a sense of belonging and excitement.
  • Metrics Master:

    Analyze and report on community engagement metrics to continuously improve our strategies.
  • Gig-Team Management:

    Co-own the charter of managing a strong gig-network of designers, copywriters, videographers, editors and ops executives.

Qualifications:


Experience: 3-5 years in a community / social marketing role, preferably within the lifestyle space.

Required Skills:


  • Creativity:

    A visionary thinker who can dream up and execute unique, buzz-worthy campaigns.
  • Social Media Ecosystem:

    Strong understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem with the ability to identify and collaborate with relevant creators and agencies to drive cost-effective campaigns.
  • Communication:

    Stellar communication skills both written and verbal with ability to connect with our audience.
  • Analytical Mindset:

    Ability to leverage data to inform and optimize community engagement strategies.
