Position Overview: We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Community associate with exceptional abilities in communication and problem-solving. The community associate will be the spark that keeps our student community alive and buzzing. From creative content creation to student engagement, Role and responsibility of person will directly impact how students experience the learning ecosystem and stay connected with the broader AI community. Key Responsibilities 1. Learner’s Community Engagement Build and maintain a vibrant community of students at Saras AI Institute Foster meaningful interactions and knowledge-sharing among community members Address queries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience for all members 2. Webinar Planning & Execution Plan and help schedule regular webinars featuring internal and external experts Promote webinars across appropriate channels to maximize attendance. 3. Content Creation Design visually appealing and informative presentations for webinars, community posts, and events Help brainstorm exciting challenges for community members Assist in gathering highlights and updates for the monthly student newsletter Publish the weekly engagement leaderboard on community platform and celebrate top contributors. 4. Feedback & Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from the community and webinar participants Continuously improve engagement strategies and content delivery based on insights Help with other community activities and initiatives.
