Draper Startup House Hyderabad is part of a global mission to enable one million entrepreneurs by 2030. We are Hyderabad’s hub for founders, investors, and changemakers, offering co-living, co-working, and curated programs. Our flagship initiatives include the Draper Founders Program, Community Cohorts, and ecosystem collaborations that inspire, connect, and empower entrepreneurs.

We are looking for a Community & Program Executive who will lead community initiatives, plan and execute impactful events, host flagship programs, and build strong partnerships. This role is central to increasing Draper Startup House Hyderabad’s growth and visibility, making it the go-to hub for entrepreneurs in the city.

Key Responsibilities

Community Leadership

• Build, nurture, and engage the Draper Hyderabad founder community.

• Interact daily with founders and residents, ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment. • Design initiatives that create stronger connections within the local ecosystem.

• Act as the face of Draper Hyderabad in the startup community.

Programs & Events

• Plan, design, and execute frequent events (workshops, networking mixers, panel discussions, startup meetups) to increase visibility and drive growth.

• Host and moderate flagship programs such as the Draper Founders Program, Community Cohorts, and Demo Days. • Ensure smooth execution with strong run-of-show, logistics, and post-event follow-ups.

• Create event calendars that consistently position Draper Hyderabad as the center of entrepreneurship activity in the city.

• Collaborate with marketing to amplify event reach and visibility.

Collaborations & Partnerships

• Identify and secure collaborations with startups, corporates, universities, and government bodies.

• Onboard partners for sponsorships, co-hosted events, and program support.

• Represent Draper Startup House Hyderabad at ecosystem events, building high-value partnerships.

Social Media & Branding

• Represent DSH Hyderabad across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms.

• Highlight events, partnerships, and community stories online to boost visibility.

• Support marketing campaigns that showcase Draper Hyderabad’s impact.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in event management, community building, startup programs, or partnerships.

• Strong stage presence with confidence in hosting and moderating events.

• Excellent communication and networking skills.

• Proactive, social, and entrepreneurial personality who thrives in dynamic environments.

• Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem growth.

• Ability to plan multiple events at scale and manage end-to-end execution.
