Job Description

We’re Hiring – Junior Recruiter Intern (3-Month Internship, Full-Time)

What you’ll do:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers
Draft and post job descriptions
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support onboarding for new hires
Assist with HR operations and admin tasks

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
